During the counting and packing process, Xtrakt™ can host a USB barcode scanner and printer, allowing for SKU confirmation and label printing.
Xtrakt™ precisely performs the full process flow. It entails operator validation for the Finished Goods (FG) bag, ensuring that the correct SKU is used by scanning the barcode, validating the count using the weighing scale to confirm the corresponding weight, and printing labels for packaging FG in bags, grouping bags, and placing them in boxes, cartons, and pallets.
